Dans une poêle, faire revenir dans l’huile les girolles avec l’ail
Ajouter la crème d’Ossau Iraty à la Truffe
Saler, poivrer et laisser mijoter quelques minutes
Faire cuire les gnocchis à la poêle
Servir les gnocchis et napper avec la sauce aux girolles
Ajouter des copeaux d’Ossau, les noix torréfiées et le persil en décoration
